  I went to another local church for 23 years in Newberg. But I never really felt at home or appreciated despite my efforts to contribute and help. At Countryside the sermons are great. A lot of Pastors pick topic and then pull scripture out of the bible to support their point of view. Pastor Paul reads scripture and then teaches on the meaning of that scripture and how to apply it to our lives. The learning experience is much more personal. The people are warm and friendly. I come out refreshed and hopeful and with things to think about. My wife and I are going through some tough times with our son. The support of this church has helped us significantly.
